The Greek EVOO with the greatest worldwide recognition is produced from the famous Koroneiki olive variety originating from Koroni region in southwestern Peloponnese. It has an intense greenish-yellow color, balanced fruity, slightly bitter spicy taste and an excellent aroma. It is characterized by low acidity while containing a high level of antioxidants and polyphenols. A key component of the healthy Mediterranean diet, it combines perfectly with seafood-based dishes, and ideally highlights salads, vegetables and bruschetta with white cheeses. We have carefully selected the leading producers of the famous variety in its place of origin. We used traditional techniques with exclusively mechanical methods of production in the state-of-the-art ISO22000 certified facilities of an olive mill with 50 years experience in the field, and created this premium class extra virgin PDO olive oil that you now have on your table.
